Assistance is provided on a case by case basis and verifiable documentation will be needed. This will be discussed with you on your call.

Seniors (70+) with limited income may qualify for a voucher to purchase fresh produce and/or Ensure/Glucerna/incontinence items from our casework pantry. Seniors over 70 years of age with no transportation may qualify to have home delivery (depending on volunteer driver availability).

Documentation will vary on assistance needs and a resident of our service area. The person applying for assistance needs to be the name on the billing statement. Documentation examples that may be needed are: Photo Identification, Lease Agreement, Vendor Form W-9, Housing Voucher Notice of Rent, Fuel Assistance Statement, Eviction or cut-off notice, Proof of Income, Proof of disability, and verifiable hardship or circumstance.
