Sunday classes started on Sunday September 10 (11:00-12:30)

Monday afternoon (4:45-6:00 PM and evening classes (7:00-8:15 PM) started on Monday September 11.



RCIA (for adults) and RCIC (for children) are programs for individuals who want to become Catholic — whether or not they have already been baptized — or who wish to learn more about the Catholic Faith.

Religious Education classes follow the Fairfax County Public Schools inclement weather policy. Please check or TV Channel 21.

The Kindergarten through 8th Grade Religious Education program is available to students of families who are registered in St. Leo Parish.  Additional information is provided throughout the year in the Sunday bulletin.

The Sacraments of Penance & Communion and Confirmation are two-year programs which occur during the first and second grades and the seventh and eighth grades, respectively.  Click on the tabs on the left to learn the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions about preparing for and receiving these Sacraments.

We need many volunteers to teach and to assist  in our program.   Please contact the Office of Religious Education at 703-273-4868 or if you are interested in volunteering.

 REMINDER: Monday afternoon classes start at 4:45 until 6:00 PM.  Monday evening classes start at 7:00 until 8:15 PM.   If you have just moved into the area and wish to enroll your children in our program or are going to home school your children, please contact the Office of Religious Education at 703-273-4868 for more information.
