  • Activity(ies)
    • As a family:
      • Set the noon to three o’clock hours as special time where everything stops
        • Place your crucifix up
        • Whisper time during those three hours because Jesus is on the cross
        • Silence from 3-4 pm remembering Jesus’s death and what he has done for us.
        • During this time genuflect when you pass that crucifix in your sacred space
      • Pray the stations of the cross
    • For family with small children
      • Read the passion narrative splitting up parts for the family.
      • Act out the stations of the cross having them use mannequin poses
    • For teens and adults:
      • Using your Bible, look up the cross references in related to the scripture passages
      • Compare the account of Genesis 3 (The Fall) with the passion and see how all the curses are fulfilled
