- Before the children come down set up an Easter celebration space
- Print a picture of the resurrection or an icon of the Anastasis
- Surround it by flowers and surround it by the symbols of the resurrection and the Lord’s Supper.
- Place the symbols of his suffering on a white napkin to show they have been glorified
- When the kids come down play some Easter music, perhaps Morning Like This by Sandi Patty
- As a family:

- Say: Christ is risen!
- Response: Truly he is risen indeed.
- Gather to pray first thing in the morning and have someone read the Easter Sequence (Victimae Paschali Laudes)
